Practical information
- You will receive your tickets directly in your mailbox. You can show your tickets with a corresponding barcode on your mobile phone or print them out and take them with you.
- Products without a barcode can be found in the confirmation e-mail with your complete order. For these products you can pick up the physical ticket at our ticket office at the quay in Volendam (Haven 39) or Marken (Havenbuurt 22) upon presentation of your order.
- Always check our current departure times before departure.
- Tickets cannot be cancelled

Ordering a ticket online is very easy! Fill in the number of tickets for the desired product. Then click on ‘add’. Your tickets will now automatically appear in your shopping basket on the right-hand side.
Would you like to take your bicycle on board? Then order your bicycle ticket online as well.
Children
The boat trip is free for children up to 3 years old.
Children aged 4-11 pay the special child fare. Select a Child Single Trip or Child Return ticket.
Groups
